Welcome!

We welcomed two new members recently.

Zoe Dawson joined us from Westminster Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth, Tx. She just happens to be my daughter. Zoe has already begun work as one of our tech crew members. She is attending LCC this semester in the welding program.

Elizabeth Stoneberger also joined the congregation. We know Elizabeth as our choir director for the Combined Chancel Choirs of First Christian and First Presbyterian. Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge and excitement to the congregation.

We are looking forward to welcoming more new members. We can only do this if we are inviting people to worship or to other events the church sponsors.

I hope the summer’s worship series on practical faith has been helpful to you in your faith journey.

In September, we will begin to explore our next 150 years of life together.
